Located along the road from Tavistock to Okehampton is a 16th Century built building
The building is said to be the haunt of a young girl named Kathy who has been heard by numerous witnesses over the years, weeping and moaning in room number 2.
A medium visited the Inn a few years ago and picked up on the solemn spirit and said that the young girl haunts the Inn after falling down the staircase to her death.
